The 7 Space Monkeys Have Been Chosen!

Before we sent people into space, we sent monkeys.

We are about to launch 7 seven lucky space monkeys into the business stratosphere.

If you aren't one of the 7, don't despair (read on!) ...

We selected the following people to get a good range.  We wanted to prove that anyone - no matter what your skill level - and no matter what state your business is in, could experience radical change with the 7 Day Business Turnaround Kit.

These guys range from "rank novice" to "business superstar."  We have people who do business in the "real world" and also some who do business exclusively on the net.

Here they are:  (if you weren't selected, read on ...)

(Selected from among 963 entries!)

Steve Mayo
Kristi Sayles
Tellman Knudsen
Dawn Bournand
Tom Justin
Mike Morgan
Kate Russell
Joe Lavery
Larua Klemm
Reed Floren
Tara Johnson
Andy Duncan
Jason Henderson
Ladan Lashkari
Tammy Lewis
Jewel McKeon

OK, that's more than 7 ...

Frankly, I wish I could have chosen all of you.

These lucky 7 16 are about to enjoy 7 days of pure cash-injection adrenaline.

Now, here's where it gets cool.  The truth is, these guys are space monkeys and if we crash a spaceship or two with them, well we only lost a monkey.

You, however, will get to fly in the real deal.

(OK, of course I'm half-kidding - we're going to treat these guys like royalty, but you are going to pick the low-hanging fruit of their efforts - read on ...)

One time only, I'm going to coach a much larger group of you through the finalized 7 Day Business Turnaround Kit.  All you have to do is purchase it on launch day.

If you don't purchase in the first 24 hours of the launch, you simply won't get that chance again.  Sorry.

However ...

I'm going to give away the course, and the real 7 day coaching experience, to 10 of you.

To qualify, just leave a comment on this blog and tell us why you should be one of the 10.

  • We'll pick one based on the most humorous comment.
  • We'll pick two more based on people who post with the most world-changing business ideas.
  • We'll pick the remaining seven based on how much they deserve it.

So post your comment and tell us your story! (Click on the "comments" link below ...)

Mark,

I should win because I'm the first one to post here, and it's nearly 3am. I got home from a day-job business trip tonight and have been working on my business all night (not unusual, I'm sorry to say). You've "followed my career" (sort of) since your Farewell Package, and you know my ideas (MJFP2, 7x) go great with maple syrup. We both know it's time I stop dicking around and finally live up to my business potential. If anyone is a candidate for coaching, it's me.

So, there you have it: a sampling of humor, great ideas, being deserving, and early-bird-esque punctuality to boot!

I *really* want to work with you.

Mark, my wife left me and my three kids and I can't afford daycare. I'm trying really really hard.

I want to win because I want to be the first polynesian to find out what it is you have and if it s good then I'll be helping others ... I have a big heart when helping the down and out especially in the low income areas that no one really wants to know about ... so Im open to learn something that could possibly change the close minded

Mark,

I deserve to win, because even though I had a lot of bad luck lately, I haven't given up on life and really want to be successful.

My ex-fianc, who kicked me out, took possession my car and legally I cannot get it back, because he worked things very slyly.

Notwithstanding the fact that I might currently be struggling financially to survive, I am starting my own business. They say it takes 10% capital and 90% guts to start a business.

Well, I have that 90% guts and I am going to make a success of it.

I am looking forward to working with you,
Elmari

Mark,

As modern as Singapore is many of the things done in this booming real estate market are very much stone age. Look forward to working with you as I should qualify as being far away, low down, young and climbing up and up :

K-12 raised in the hottest and lowest downtown in the Western Hemisphere--where the flag flies 184+ feet above sea level--south of the Salton Sea---in Calipatria, California

Still an internet baby at age of 67.

Can trace heritage back five generations in California via Hispanic side of the family

Resident in Asia for 30+ years

Grateful to hold an American passport

A brief lowdown from a city where the highest point is about 500 feet above sea level

So the only way is to claim cyber space at least 10,000 square miles straight up from Singapore.

Thanks.

sincerely,

Jim

Well, I don't want to act like I deserve anything more than anyone else. We all deserve to be the best we can be, to organize and conduct our lives in the best way possible. And likely as not, there is someone who needs this more than I do.

But my own story is that my business as a freelance graphic designer was going pretty well when I moved back home to New Orleans. A few months later, Katrina hit and I lost my home and belongings. Though many, many blessings came of it, it did throw me into a bit of an unfocused tailspin, and my business has floundered as I've tried to regain my path and a liveable income. I've relocated to Northern California and am trying to find my focus so that I can get my income back on track and stop living a "bohemian" lifestyle which can't include the costs of valuable courses like this.

Mark,

Welcome to my posting on your illustrious blog!

I'm new to the world of simpleology, and what could be a better introduction than from the man himself.

ok - Now down to business. I have created a service that helps home loan borrowers protect themselves against predatory lenders and lending practices. The company is called Mortgage Advisory Services LLC, and our website is http://www.ismyloanfair.com.

We are a unique service because we do not fund, broker, or refer mortgage loans. Our sole purpose is to make sure people are not being taken advantage of by unscrupulous lenders.

Choose me for your course and I promise you will not only be contributing to me, but also thousands of home loan borrowers who will have the opportunity to avoid making the kinds of mistakes that typically lead down the agonizing road to foreclosure.

Thanks Mark!

Dear Mark,

Here's an old joke about the Dalai Lama, who is visited by a rich acolyte bearing a huge, gift-wrapped box. The Dalai Lama opens the box to find it empty and exclaims, "Exactly what Ive always wanted!"

Hi Mark

Okay - here goes, my best effort. Two weeks ago I was at a conference made up of professional investors. During the conference, one of the speakers was talking about tax savings as well as other money saving ideas. He asked the audience: "Who here has a video record of their personal property for insurance purposes?" Well, two hands went up. Out of 450+ people, TWO HANDS!! It was then I had an epiphany! Here I was, 12 years in the insurance field, had my degree in insurance and had thought about this for some time - here is my business opportunity!

So my business is to take a video record of peoples homes, their personal property inside their homes, and consult on their insurance policy to insure (pardon the pun) that they have adequate insurance coverage in case of a loss.

This is my first kick at the cat and I want it to be a success so I want to take full advantage of so many person's experiences. Even though my business has not failed (it is just starting) I think the important thing is to have a strong foundation for a business idea to make it a success.

So my plea is to you, pick me for this opportunity and I will be living proof that by taking your course - I will have built an incredibly solid foundation for a strong business that will franchise itself to locations all over the globe!

Thank you,

Dear Mark,

I've heard that the potential consumer often must hear the message seven times before that potentiality turns into reality, and I want you to consume me.

So if my first post counts as one, and this post counts as one, I've got to make five more impressions.

So let's roll up our sleaves and get the job done.

Pick me, pick me, pick me, pick me, pick me.

Now that felt very childish and sort of nice. I guess it fulfilled a basic human need (look at me now!)

So, uhm, you wanted a reason, uh?

Well, I can use the Zeigarnik effect, for one.

The fruith will set you free. http://www.fruith.com/

Hi Mark,

Id love to have the chance to try your new product, I've enjoyed and benefited from simpleology so I know how much Id get from this new programe : )

Life is life I would'nt say mine is harder than any one elses, in fact I'm sure I've got it pretty easy, I've only got 5 children and a wife to keep happy ;)

I've set myself a goal this year to buy a house for my family, no mortgage, no loan buy it. We've always rented and I really want to lay down some long term roots and give my family some more security and space, man they need it, (the space I mean)

So I've got the idea, http://www.1daywebsite.com which is going to be a suscess, but I would love the opportunity to take part in your programme and focus all that extra energy, ideas and support on it.

Wishing good luck to all.

Hello :)

I would like to speak about my story - and even though I'm still on my way, I had regrets in the past.

Currently, I'm 18 years old and turning 19 later this year.

Two years ago, I received the Accelerated Wealth Series DVDs by Corey Rudl after he passed from the tragic car accident (which I still feel sad about, he was a great internet marketer), as my uncle had connections with someone who knew Corey. I watched the whole thing and got REALLY excited about starting a business online, and started writing a book on the niche I wanted to target - but I never got around to finishing it. Halfway through, I simply just stopped. Then I started procrastinating and giving myself excuses - although technically, according to Simpleology, procrastinating doesn't exist. Well, I played computer games, watched the television and never did ANYTHING at all about the business I was so excited about at first. I was 16 then, and it was a great age to start - and I wasted two whole years. TWO WHOLE YEARS and up till this day, I still regret NOT doing anything. How many chances did I miss out by doing that? I imagine countless.

This year, the same relative of mine who gave me the DVDs gave me the tickets to the World Internet Mega Summit, and I was really, really glad he did it - most people won't even have such a person that will give them opportunities like this.

Mark Joyner's speech touched me the most, and I almost cried - the world cause was great and his ideas were great. I wanted to sign up for the package/course he was offering, but it was $10,000, and my parents just rejected me outright - it cost nearly more than three years of my school fees added up.

In fact, my conservative parents might even have given me a scolding for even asking.

I was so keen on going I wrote a letter on the spot for Mr. Joyner, but I did not have the chance to see him again - and I thought, maybe I should just attempt to raise the money, as proof of my commitment to becoming a Freedom Agent.

One of the things motivating me is the course - and I know it is possible to make $10,000 in 1 month, but being a complete newbie, I will face a lot of challenges. Besides, that offer was only then, and the original price he said was $21,000 - so I'm not even sure if I'll be eligible even if I did raise the money. Even if I am not able to join, it would be a great learning experience.

Maybe it's the lack of a mentor that will hold me back - something that was mentioned at the Summit countless number of times that one of the most important factors, if not the most important, is getting a mentor. I could not afford any of the packages there, so I'm left alone to my own tools.

The first ever person to do something didn't need a mentor to succeed - there wasn't even anyone who could be his mentor because he was the first. So, maybe not having a mentor is possible, but that person will have to go through many unnecessary mistakes that the first person had to make to get to where he was. The first person might even have taken a whole lifetime to pick it up.

A mentor is important, and it will help anyone to progress faster - although some mistakes would have to be made for the person to learn something.

I would love to have one, and if it could be Mark Joyner, I'd be lost for words.

I thank you for giving me this chance to experience something as great as this and thank you, Anne, for telling me about it.

Thank you for sticking through my long post and all the best to the 10 people who are going to be chosen!

Regards,
Jeremy Wong

P.S. Oh, and I took a photo with you, Mark Joyner, if you remember me, but the person who had my photo is not sending me the picture. So, I've lost a photo that would have been an extra inspiration to me... but you took many photos with many people on that day, so it's perfectly ok if you don't remember! Just wanted to add this extra note hehe.

Hi
I should definitely be the one to win. I am a designer / artist, so cope really well with Macs and not very well on Pcs. I started a business a few months ago designing inspirational gifts and tees. Everyone loves them and have sold a few, but not enough. Along with that I have had a few unexpected problems which has now left me broke and having to borrow money from my family (whos struggling) to pay for my dogs operation to remove a cancerous tumour and starting to sell clothing and things on Ebay.
If I can truly turn this around with your 7-day program in 7 days, with my limited Pc knowledge, I would be the best testimonial for you. As I know with the right skills this business will work.

I truly believe I should win this, actually would love to.
I am crossing everything.

Thanks

Hi Mark,

It is my grand life ambition to be remembered in History (or at least be the trigger, even if I am not credited) as the one who eradicated Money...

...and replaced it with a better and fairer form of value exchange (think barter trade but with the technological advent of the coming Singularity).

Commodities such as food, water, clothing, shelter and energy shall be free, or at least the knowledge to create them out of thin air through nanotechnology will be very widely available to every person on the planet, such that every human being knows how to survive on his or her own.

The wealth of the future shall be the increasing complexity of the tangible and intangible creations of the human mind and not tied to the value of gold or some other physical resources.

The amassing and hoarding of physical resources shall be a very, very insignificant, totally irrelevant (not to mention backward) act of any group or civilisation.

This is just a portion of my future world vision.

I believe I can make my income generating system as a vehicle to pursue that vision.

Hi Mark and all readers,

I can't say I deserve it more than others 'cause every person is worthy. Unfortunately they just don't know it and hang about on this planet bitching and moaning or crying and hoping for better days. I've learnt to drop my LIMITED thinking and now know that nothing is impossible.

I'm ready, willing and teachable. Show me how to show them!

Posted by: Claudia | June 22, 2007 9:24 AM

Well, Mark, at least I know I don't deserve this.
Not at all.

I don't have a business.
I work full time in a good and well-paid job, but can't persuade myself to enjoy it.
I'm training to become a coach, but don't dare to coach anyone.
I'd like to set up my coaching business, but am terrified by the mere thought of it.
I've got a couple other business ideas, but can't get around to do anything about them.
I'm an info junkie, and literaly drowning in stuff from successful guys like Reed and Tellman.
I'm a perfectionist, and graduated summa cum laude when I got my M.Pc. (Master of Procrastination).
I violate the 1st law of Simpleology unconsciously, the 2nd consciously and the 3rd by design.
So you see, selecting me would be a violation of the 4th.

Best regards,
Hanne

ps
I'm only telling you this to make sure I won't have to face the 5th law, as I know you would have emailed me otherwise.

Posted by: Hanne Karlsen | June 22, 2007 9:34 AM

Mark,

To me, it isn't really about whether I deserve it or not. It's more about...

"How many more people will I now be able to help because of the specialized knowledge you shared with me."

If that answer isn't enough, just let me know and I'll recite my special 'Space Monkey Jingle' for you.

The most world changing business idea won a Nobel Prize in 2006. It is called micro funding or micro lending. This concept is elegant in its ability to sponsor entrepreneurial activities which go beyond the boundaries of wealth to allow the indigent or nearly so to build a business and repay the loan with the profits which is then used to sponsor further new businesses. Venture capital will always fund the educated and innovative, but micro loans will fund those who might not otherwise have a chance.

No idea is good unless it is known, accepted and implemented. I propose the use of viral marketing and other internet marketing techniques to promote and educate and implement micro loans on internet businesses and bring it to the people all over the world. Small business sites can fund others. When people purchase from a site, they will be helping a villager somewhere sell his hand woven baskets to people all over the world. Imagine not having to flee your country to make money and making money doing what your culture has done for hundreds of years and making a profit . Consider a micro funded business in Mexico becoming profitable enough to micro fund a business of a widow in Appalachia. She becomes profitable selling quilts and funds a disabled youth selling an ebook he wrote for other disabled kids. His site funds a newly married couple with a baby and their site on music boxes. Nothing changes the world faster than people working. When people see it in real time (Google micro funded world maps? Steve Jobs iMicrofundpod - it donates a dime for every latte at Starbucks?- or see a YouTube video on their iphone about it) then it makes an impact. Then it makes a difference. I propose showing how it can work. Take every business you work with in this contest and when they are profitable, take 1% of the combined profits and fund someone else. And on and on. The Nobel Prize in Action.

Posted by: Ann Bradley | June 22, 2007 9:37 AM

I would absolutely love to join the first 10 to enjoy the "real" 7 day coaching experience.

I NEED it because I have two kids under 6, I am recently back together with my husband (separated due to his 2 year job loss, depression, suicide note), he racked up thousands of dollars in debt, our savings is gone and he cashed out his retirement to pay for household expenses. His depression is now managed, he has a job, but we are still not making ends meet. Through all of this my focus was on my kids, my house, my sanity and NOT my business. Now it is time to get back to my business and make the kind of money that I have always wanted to make.

I WANT this opportunity because I want to build my life back up. I want to have my business be a lucrative reality! I don't want to have to put my dreams aside and have a job for someone else just for security.

I woke up at 3:00 am and found the email about this program. This is not a coincidence--there are no coincidences!

I deserve to win.

I am a lecturer in one of the university in Indonesia, and I want more and more Indonesian get a better education especially for the poor one.

If a nation can get a better education, the following generation can shorten the gap to the developed country.

I *really* want to help those who unfortunate.

Hi Mark,

Well where do I start? I have always worked for myself and had various types of business on and offline, within the same area of expertise that has changed largely due to circumstances rather than choice.
I am currently a single mother and after a month of hell where I had to move out of a my rented home for everything being condemened as unsafe from the gas, the electric, the roof infact everything but the 'kitchen sink' as we say here in England; I have resolved to move myslef into a much better business and financial position once and for all so eventually I can have my own home and not be at the mercy of unscrupulous landlords and provide a much better future for me and my beautiful daughter Gabrielle.
At the moment I have alot of specialist knowledge in a particular niche market and need to find ways to make this pay without me having to slog away just selling one off products.
I want to do this to show all those other people in similar positions to me that it is possible for there to be another way and one that works.
In return I hope to teach you the English language as the English intended it to be!

Thank You

Hi Mark,

I'll just give you a bit of my background for you to judge if I deserve to win. Firstly, I'm a young father by social standards (23 year old) and my daughter is already 6 years old. My strong desire to succeed comes from the fact that I want to prove to my daughter that anything is possible if we put our heart and soul into it. I'm currently still studying in University, but I chose to challenge myself by working 40 hours per week in a flexible time job. I believe that being able to juggle studies and work will help me tackle further challenges ahead.

Apart from my background, I just have to mention that I really respect you and I have actions to prove it. At the WIS, I searched for you during each break just to take a photo with you. I even went round asking staff members where you are and whether I can enter the VIP area to look for you. Of course, I was rejected, but I didn't give up and finally managed to take a photo with you on the third day. I believe that with my respect for you, I will be better able to make use of your teachings, since I will treat them like gold.

Finally, I have a strong desire to help others and the world will definitely be a better place when I'm a freedom agent. Firstly, as evidence of my honest, I return all wallets I find on the streets intact. Secondly, in University, I give free tuition to my peers who can't catch up. I'm not perfect, but I definitely choose to live my life with a sense of responsibility, integrity and compassion for even strangers.

I don't have any fantastic ideas to make the world a better place, but I believe small daily actions can make the world a better place too. (Smile to the waiter, that smile may just help change the world into a happier place.)

Mark,

I deserve to win. Like I said in my previous post, I am a black guy from Nigeria and live in the UK. All of my customers are black people living in the UK. I have been looking for a way to break a new ground and start reaching the white people.

I did not setup my business base on colour of the people or their ethnicity. I definitely need to win so I can bring a turnaround to my business and prove to other black people from my country that they can setup their business too, not just for black people, but for: white, green, black, yellow and orange people.

Thanks in anticipation for choosing me.

Hi Mark,

It's Mable and... after working on the net
for 6 years, quite successfully, I couldn't
find the link to enter your group of 7 before
the deadline. I looked everywhere and Joe, My partner, was laughing at me.

It's time I took a Joyner Vitamin for my
business and learned how to navigate.

After all one day Richard Branson is
going to fly Mable to Paris in one of
his Virgin Blue planes with the words:

"Mable Flies to Paris" painted on the side

For that one needs to navigate:)

Mark,

I deserve to win because you should pity my sorry soul: My father, an unemployed meat inspector, left my mother before I was born. My mother passed away giving birth to me and I was raised in a commune by wild goats. This seemingly adverse situation during my formative years turned out to be one of my biggest advantages in life because I will eat almost anything.

As a kid (get it? A KID), growing up, I had an profound experience that made me realise that only *I* was responsible for how my life going to turn out: I won $5 on one of those scratch-n-win lottery tickets. From then on I gambled at every opportunity. Soon I was very wealthy but the money disappeared just as quickly when I became addicted to Coke (the soft drink).

Since then I have tried everything from listening to Anthony Robbins on repeat while I sleep, to watching The Secret while I drive to work at the cow dung recycling plant, but I just can't seem to break out of the rut I'm in.

If you don't give me a place on your course I just know I will get fired from my job - and methane production is all I know. All of the other cow dung recycling plants in town have closed. Please, please, please give me a place on your course or I will be forced to go back on welfare... and if that happens there is a real risk I will fall back into a pitiful cycle of soft-drink abuse, potential causing irreversible damage to my tooth enamel.

Hi Mark,
I had to laugh at myself the other day.
For some time I've been looking at one of the nmemonics I have dotted around my flat, thinking that it wasn't working too well for me.

And no wonder! I'd got it upside down - or the wrong way round!

RATS - couldn't for the life of me think what on earth this meant, until I happened to trip and fell on the floor, just at the point on the wall where this was posted.

From my now)lowly position I was looking up-at a

STAR!

So now my:

Its me that need this stuff most. I want to be the first Nigerian to find out what it is you have and if it is ok then I'll be helping others.

Right now my situation is like that of a cow without a tail! Extral effort is required to keep flies off it. This may be the extral effort I need to live a fufilled life. I believe I can make it and am not giving up.

How pathetic - I went straight to the "Post" button before I had written anything :-( but thanks to your reminder I'm back to continue. I see I've already been pipped at the post by Hanne who thinks he/she doesn't deserve to win. See - I can't even get in first regarding the fact that I'm not deserving enough to be one of the 10. But I digress. Not only did it take me about 3 months to complete 101 and after much to and froing I did take up the offer of 102 & 103. I've done 3 days of 102 and haven't gone back to it. So, no I'm not doing my DTP's everyday, even though I receive your reminders, I'm not putting ideas in the dreamcatcher, still haven't done my backward planner, haven't nutted out any particular goals. And every new email I receive about another great internet business I jump on the bandwagon and think "this is it!" but what do I do - NOTHING!!!
You know the worst thing about all this is I have the perfect opportunity to be making billions (I'm currently living a rather interesting expat life for a couple years in China), my kids are grown up and working, my health is good, my partner works long hours and he should be having the massages, coffees, long lunches.... But when we go home next year I WILL have to go back to work. So it looks like I'll be working for someone else in a J-O-B that I don't like (that's if I can get one). I've already wasted 10 months dicking around on the internet but there is a part of me that is terrified of going back to my previous life. Obviously it hasn't scared me enough to take action. So the long and the short of it is - am I worth considering, I'll leave that up to you.
In fact Mark I CHALLENGE you to take me on because it would be very interesting to know if you have that special stick of dynamite that obviously is required in this instance.
Good luck to all the other entrants too!

I have already started a turnaround and am waking up in the morning knowing I have done a lot to stem the cashflow nightmares ..yes, Ive had years of it as I absorbed and learnt a lot from selected mentors whom I watched every move closely and invested in their products. Marks being some of them. I have gone through stages of doing it ok doing it badly, not doing it, info overload, illusions, reality checks, I have met and even offended some of the best in the business by not having my head set adjusted correctly, I have reviewed and tried again, lost heart, kept going when I shouldn't have yet I'm still here and I want to make this work more than ever. So something is here for me...I have written and studied copy writing of all the 'masters'. I have learned so much and screwed up hugely in the process. I am embarrassed but unashamed to admit some of the things i have done have a very big cringe factor. These have been tough learnings but none of it I regret. My biggest challenge right now is to manage my time and discover effective fun & rewarding ways to fully exploit the numerous projects I have underway. I have cut some projects away already and am focusing on the strongest options. I have recently taken a day job that is a bit of a no brainer but supports me so my creative juice isn't all gone at days end. I figure , given the fact I am a solo Dad and have goals to get myself a freehold home and a number of income streams on as much autopilot as possible, that I have about four hours a day I can play with after the day job obligations. (not counting the occasional all nighter when things are at a critical stage - like launches & promotions). I have enough projects and marketing opportunity's to keep me going for at least two years just getting them out there. Then once established I can foresee they will keep producing a relatively passive income stream so I can then focus on growing the customer base and products for continuous rollouts of 'irresistible offers' :-)Anyone who helps me boost the startups and lay solid foundations I will happily reward whether they need it or not. I need better leverage of time and skills although I have improved some of that recently. I can see success of one of these projects very close now and a helping hand to push the boat into the stream would be fantastic. I have several universally appealing and globally attractive projects for now and for the future. How to manage several things or how best to roll them into one is something I want mentoring to help me with. It's all about realising I can have this. With or without you - better with you I think. At least that's what you have sold me on :-)

Hello Mark

I should win because today I really need a pick me up. I am an American living and working in Brasil. Today one of the MOST significant persons in my life is being buried and I could not even send one rose. For the last two years I have been working on a project that would make a lot of people very wealthy. I have invested more than 2 Million Dollars into the project. I believe that things will eventually work out and the desired result will be gained. It is just taking a long time. From a two million dollar investment in banking we will make a large amount of money. ALL OF MY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES have quit they only care about what they will get. So now I need some way of lifting my way out of this or creating enough positive energy that I will be able to bring success to my current business. Failure right now would be tragic.

Hi there Mark,
The reason I never entered the first competition, was timing?
You see I am still working on my website, the url above will go nowhere at this stage. I am probably a month, maybe two away from the launch.

This website is my lifes work, and my intention is that it will draw many youths, from many places. You see I have a story to tell, and it's aimed at our youth. It's about connecting the Mind - Body & Soul and the realisation that we all create our own futures, and even though they are young and are fielding all manor of guidance from all around them. I believe that, they alone know their true path, I would like to help them find that path.
Mark, if you can help me get to more youthful spirits then I guess you should tell me how.

Yours in True Spirit & Vitality

Hi Mark
Greetings from New Zealand.
I would like to win so we can turn the situation around whereby every launch and every teleseminar and every webinar and every thinginar is at a most inconvenient time than 2am or 1pm, or the like. Big conflict with the day job, which I haven't yet managed to kill, despite Mr Rock's help.
If you would be good enough to help me then I will make sure my very own Mark-assisted launchinar is at a time and place where we can promote New Zealand as the emerging centre (note the correct spelling) of Internet Marketingdom, and save it from its ridiculos isolation and time warp differences.
Seriously, though, I am very keen to develop a NZ-style IM profile which will be well-received here, and appreciated overseas. Most all of what we see and get here is a little foreign to our way of thinking and doing business, and I think it's about time we got some first-class help to steer the ship a little better.
Seeing that you are so highly regarded in IM circles, it would be really nice if I could just drive over to your place for a chat about it all, rather than make some long-distance call with 500 other people who don't really know or care about New Zealand the way I do, and I'd like your help in doing that.
Thanks Mark
All the best from Taranaki

Hello Mark,
I would greatly appreciate it if you would choose me as one of final finalists in the 7 day coaching experience give-away.
At this moment I'd rank myself as beginner. I'm progressing in adding people to my lists and am developing a couple of products in the niche I have chosen.
I'm sure your course will help me increase my knowledge and skill level. This will allow me to become closer to reaching my dreams!
Right now I work a job by day and am an internet guy by night. However, when it comes to being an internet guy, I'm just an Underpaid Monkey.
I'm on the right track and your course could be what I need to make it to that winner's circle.

Thank you for choosing me Matt. I truely and sincerely appreciate it.

Hello Mark,

You are an interesting person and I am very curious about you and your course. I have started the simple*ology 101 course.

I have a small business in Romania [when you are sleeping I am working and when you are working I am sleeping :-)] and my goal with it is to make a very important and known school that will help people to develop themselves in order to achieve their goals.

I haven't understood much about how can you work with people around the world, however I am taking the chance and bet on faith 100%. :-)

Debra!

I really see how undeserving you are, and I applaude you for realizing that. However, you may have made a mistake by challenging Mr. Mark to take you on. I don't think he'll be able to ignore that.

Despite your admirable effort, I'm afraid you'll be selected for 7 days of gruelling and focused action.

You have my deepest sympathy, and my moral support!

I think this contest is very interesting because winning is my specialty. It's not only my hobby, it's my business and I am changing the way promotion marketing working in North America. The reason I am entering this contest is my business venture for the first two years was a money-losing proposition and last year barely broke-even. I have given myself until January 31st 2008 to start turning a profit or "get a real job". And, of course I would like to win because it's what I do best :-)

I am lucky.
I am a winner!
I am a grand prize magnet!

BTW - here is a wee bit of my CV so you can understand what I mean by changing an industry...

ACHIEVEMENTS
In 2004, after spending two years managing the backend of the business as well as being a stay-at-home mom, Carolyn took the love of her contesting hobby and combined it with her extensive marketing background. The result was the first Internet-focused contest resource book in Canada called You Cant Win If You Dont Enter. In conjunction with the book she launched the first contest resource website in Canada, www.contestqueen.com with links to contesting sites, groups and forums, contest management companies, contesting software and more.

In keeping with her objective of teaching others how to have fun, she produces a free bi-weekly e-newsletter called The Winning EDGE that includes contesting stories, tips, tricks and links to new contests. Carolyn also runs workshops: How to Win Cash, Cars, Trips and MoreOnline and Attracting Luck for hundreds of people annually.

After being a featured speaker at several promotional events and US sweepstaking conventions she formed Canadas first contesting clubs. Once several clubs had been firmly established, Carolyn co-founded the Canadian Contestors Association www.contestorsassociation.org which runs the Annual National Contestors Convention www.contestconvention.com.

Carolyn has a unique perspective having "sat at both sides of the table", as both marketer and entrant, she is able to help her clients understand promotions from their customer's perspective and avoid the types of mistakes currently occurring in contests over and over again. She created Contest Auditing, Contest Pre-testing and Contest Education and Strategies services allowing companies to ensure a contest is designed to meet their objectives, and the promotion is operating properly, within government regulations, before public release.

So
I could tell you my tale of woe- of brining up three ids by myself, having to be repsonsible for them, of recently losing a huge opportunity because a partner did not deliver on thier commitment, and the fact I live in winter when the bulk of the IM world is enjoying warm weather on the onther side of the world....

But I have read alot of the other stories, and mine is just one of many.

What I can tell you is I already have a plan. I know what I need to do and how to leverage my current profile.

I can display my ability to remain focussed and reach the goals before me- I have just shed 40 kilograms and am on th efinal stretch.

I can prove my tenacity and my desire to break through and acheive where others have not by telling you I scored not one but three contracts with a major book publisher becasue I did something no one else did.

I do have a sob story, but even more so, I have a success story- and I want it to be even more so.

I am the future "go to girl" in my chosen niche, and any advice or direction to help em get there would be gladly accepted....

oh and I am coming up to Auckland in a few weeks time...so I will offer to buy you a green stuff smoothie, or a pizza (was it dominos you liked?)....or something else you might like to eat or drink if that suits :D

I've got a $100,000.00 check from The Universe sitting in my wallet with a deposit slip. Yep, just the first installment to come. AND, I already know what I'm going to do with it. Pay off both kids' car loans, pay off my own (single Momhood behind the Orange Curtain is...a juggling act), give a huge chunk to causes that matter to me (could be tricky to pick which one, if you read my blog, but I'm leaning towards ONE.org, spreading the word on environmental responsibility and PEACE), and have a down payment for my new home that I'm going to own in spite of ridiciously high prices here in.

Can you hear the shouts of joy as I drive to the bank? Can you see the the excitement and amazement on my kids faces? Can you smell the BBQ and the guacamole from the House Warming party?

I can.

You know what to do, Mark.

I have made zero, zilch, nada, nothing. This is unacceptable and will come to an end soon. I must be doing things wrong. I don`t expect millions but the bleeding will stop on its own if help doesn`t arrive soon. Thank you,

Hi Mark,
First, thanks for doing this. Here's the highlights of my story: My husband was the first to put video on cell phones (you can thank him or blame him). He got kicked out of the company he started (and we funded). We were still using the technology which the remaining company owners decided to discontinue October 15, 2006. We shut down the company and started developing our own software. Its almost done, six months later, and we have just started producing revenues. The good part is that we have streaming capabilities that no one else has; anyone anywhere in the world can communicate with anyone anywhere in the world. All you need is 23K for high quality, lip sync video and graphics. Here's the problem: We invested over $1,000,000 and have no more money. Payroll is July 10th and I need to generate $40,000 in cash by then. If you want a true testimonial that this works and fast...I can be that testimonial.

I started the Simpleology course and I just stated Simpleology 2. I'm already seeing the benefits...I'd like to see them exponentially!

Thanks for considering me.

I am a noise artist, sculptor, film maker, serious hardware/software hacker and computer geek who is using your program to become a successful, self supporting, full time artist.

You should pick me because the odds are stacked against me in the art world (or so I think) and I need your help.

If you pick me, you are likely to learn some things about applying your tools universally since my goals diverge from those of most of your customers.

You should pick me because I get and dig you sense of humor.

You should pick me because I have a good brand name: "Pataphonic". Think pataphysics applied to sound.

You should also pick me because I am wickedly intelligent though previously very ineffective, and have already used your tools to make some profoundly awesome transformations to my life.

Another good reason for you to pick me is that I am an early adopter among my peers and am not ashamed of - and in fact already have been - letting my friends and peers know the source of my recent focus, energy, and success.

Finally, you should pick me because I plan on using the awareness I am getting from your tools to shake things up in places more interesting and far reaching than merely my bank account.

My dream isn't for me it's for my daughter.
She's got the goods: musical talent, hard work, creativity.
She's ovecome obstacles: discrimination, poor health, financial troubles, homesickness.
She's gaining the tools; the best teacher of her instrument in the world, contacts.
All I have to do is promote her and manage her career.
I think you can help.

How about this as a world changing business idea. I had the idea once to start a human milk factory.

You see cows milk is not very good for humans. We have to heat it up to kill a lot of the bacteria in it to drink and still if we drink to much we will get sick. Also I am not sure if you know this but there is an except able level of puss aloud in the milk.

So I thought human milk is good for you. Plus it could be a good source of money for women after they are done breast feeding their children and want to stay home. All they would have to do is go down to these little factories and sell the milk.

Now it didn't take me long to figure out that people didn't like the idea but this is only one of my great and crazy ideas. I think of these daily.

I run a software consulting business called Be Productive Software. I want to start selling programs on the internet that make people more productive, like you :). I also have a small investing company called Be Productive Investments.

I use Simpleology daily and it has made more efficient then I ever thought possible. So I can only imagine what you have come up with for businesses.

Thank you!

Dear Mark,
In the past 6 weeks I have written a course of more then 300 pages filled with ideas and exercises, the book is about new concepts in human relationship and business networking.
The second course I am writing is about Talent development, its length is about the same and it has new mind blowing concepts and techniques. Now, after teaching these methods to hundreds of people nationally I want to go online and share the wisdom with millions via internet, more methodologies are on their way. After following you for a while, I believe you and I deserve it. Thank you, Opher

Hi Mark,

I am a hardcore entrepreneur, having owned a variety of businesses over the years in many different fields. These days, I'm freelance copywriter, which I do love. However, if I am not working, I'm not earning. No passive income there!

My ebook "Getting Through Tough Times About Money" is/was one of the gifts when people purchased your new book. It can now be purchased on FreeiQ. https://freeiq.com/toughtimersmoney

I have created a unique parenting course called "Conscious Parenting ~ Happy Families" which includes a component for the children (that's the "Happy Families" part). I am also writing a book of the same title. My long-term plan is to go from a one meeting per week style, to a weekend seminar. Plus I would like to find a way to work with people on line, so I am not limited by location. (Maybe I'm ahead of my time for that?)

I also do personal family coaching.

My further plans include a CD set and a workbook, which will allow for passive income. Eventually, I will also teach others to lead the seminar.

My long term focus is to be well known as a revolutionary expert on parenting and families, offering seminars, cd's, books and making a true difference in people's family lives.

Thanks!

Ahwww C'mon! Determination - Check. Belief in product/service - Check. Quality product - Check.

The short story is 80% of all pet foods/treats are full of left-over garbage discarded from the human food industry. While television commercials are advertising dog and cat foods to be 'premium' 'choice' and 'healthy' the reality is far from that. I'm not sure if there is a winning category for 'Shock' and 'Ah' but...many of the top brands of pet foods even contain euthanized dogs, cats, cattle, and horses. Yes, you read that correctly. It's all perfectly legal and it needs to change.

Pet lovers everywhere deserve to know the truth. Petsumer Report has the power to inform pet owners all across the US and Canada - guiding them to safer/healthier choices of pet foods, treats, toys, and all types of pet supplies.

I've got 2 dogs and a cat here with toes crossed - pulling for me. It's actually getting close to physical therapy time - they've had them crossed since I filled out the initial application. They would love to send you a personal testimonial for me, but typing has become a challenge. You'll have to trust me on that.

Anyway, here's hoping...

I have been gifted with 3 wonderful, profitable God-given ideas which I have developed as far as I can but without funding to produce or manufacture them will never be available to the general public. I need help in getting to the next steps in the completion of these 3 useful products and services.

My first one is an ergo pen that will help all people to write more efficiently without creating the usual calluses caused by the gripping of the pen while writing.

The second one is a DVD showing how to release pain in the body using my proven technique of pain release. I'm a licensed massage therapist and a biokinesiologist.

The third one is a board game that will allow from 1-6 people, ages 6-100 to play a game that introduces people to the idea of The Law Of Attraction and using the Mind OF God to accomplish that which one sets out to do.

I can do stand up comedy if that will help me win:

"Do you know what they call seat belts in rural America? Suspenders caught on a gun rack."

there's more of that if you would like. ;-)

Mark;

My business is with Jerky Direct. I have been chasing a way to get this business moving for over a year now.

Oh, looking at the above posts, you must be seeking the "justification" for helping me. OK, here goes:

My wife has Primary Progressive MS and draws disability because of it. I am having back issues that may force me to retire early. Because of my wife's MS we are going to need to move shortly into an apartment or 1 story house and because of my back I am going to need to stop doing yard work. I need a durable income stream or I'm going bankrupt. The Jerky Direct business is a great opportunity, but I can't seem to get it going.

OK, there you have it. Can you help?

Congratulations to the first 16.
I would love to read or watch what you sent in.

Initially I wanted this to assist me with 1 of my newest projects Live Webcasting Pay Per View Events http://www.website-video-expert.com. That has changed dramatically to learning this and passing it on to my friends, business partners, and advertisers of my Local Community Website.

Here is a little list of people that I would start with:
Brett I.
Jenny M.
Peter M.
Jerry H.
Dennis D.
Al W.
Jennifer T.
and as my local site continues to grow, this list will continue to grow.

It is so much more gratifying assisting others in accomplishing there goals and dreams than anything I have ever done. As I do my business automagically grows.

I am sure you have heard of a blank slate. In my model of the world that means someone who really has no or very little knowledge of much of anything. My slate is not completely blank, as I must have learned something throughout the years I have been around. Marketing and/or advertising has just a little bit of the corner of my white board. I am open to learning as much as possible as quickly as possible.
I work with the geriatric population and the baby boomers that will be coming into this generation. My goal is to make their aging (and mine as well)graceful, comfortable and safe.
I would be much more effective with your training and increase our profitably.
You really need to choose me.

Hey Mark,

I've been in the home based business industry for a couple of years now and haven't made a dime. My mind is simply too cluttered with all of the contradicting information out there - I find it hard to stick to just one thing and have it work for me.

Aside from that point, what I want to do most in my life is help homeless dogs and cats. I have an idea to build several "shelter complexes" which contain their in-house vet facilities, grooming, training, dog day care, a park...the whole nine yards. And I want to start it with a corporation rather than the cookie cutter, donation-as-primary-income, volunteer-run facility, because we all know that isn't working.

I have elaborate plans for what I want to happen - I just don't know how to make it happen. That is why I believe I need coaching. I want a kick-butt business in the pet industry that will make enough money to continuously provide for these shelters, which will put a HUGE dent in the pet overpopulation problem. My ultimate goal is to eliminate the need for gas chambers with an aggressive education and adoption program, coupled with spaying and neutering for all pets adopted out of the facility.

So please coach me, so I can build my dream!

Thanks for reading,

Well, if the winners are considered space monkeys those of us who make it to the winners circle in the next round must be the top bananas! I doubt that will qualify as the most humorous but its worth a shot!

Coffee is the second most traded commodity in the world next to oil, with a much older history going back 1000 years. The power, abuse, politics, economies, lives, fortunes gained and lost affect the world. Literally millions of lives depend on successful coffee harvests. Yet the coffee farmers are among the most abused in the world when it comes to receiving a fair return for their labor.

My vision is to have my own small plantation in Ecuador to gain first hand knowledge about the industry. I plan to have rooms for guests with the intent to expose as many people as possible to the real life of the coffee farmer, but not from the ugly negative point of view. Rather, to what it can be when the farmer has opportunity to the open market, encouragement, training, and positive models to follow.

I have lived in Ecuador, owned three coffee shops, have been a professional roaster, and am familiar with the coffee culture to some extent due to research and trips to plantations in Ecuador, and discussions with other growers in Central and South America where the greatest bulk of the worlds coffee is produced.

The Internet is the greatest tool for reaching people around the world about whatever topic or business you can think of, and it operates 24/7. I envision the Internet as the tool to finance my endeavors, and have already started a site with that purpose in mind at www.coffee-bean-scene.com.

While there are several international Fair Trade Organizations that address the inequities in the coffee industry to some extent, there is still much more to be done. There have been efforts to address the abandonment of thousands of coffee plantations due to the devastation caused by the fall of world coffee prices in 2000. Governments from non-coffee producing countries have invested millions to aid education both as a means to revive the industry, and in some cases in South America to encourage focus on non-drug related crops.

Teaching farmers how to create business rather than compete for it is my chief aim. It all takes money. I believe the Internet is a huge part of the resource for me to produce the means through an Internet business. I believe this can make a huge impact in our world on millions of people. It starts with one person who wants to make a difference. Its about people helping people. Its about giving rather than taking.

Thats my heart. Its part of what I was created to do. More was shared in the audition. Its not about whether I deserve to win or not. Its just not about me.

Because I really need to achieve financial freedom so I can then invest my time into more charitable events as opposed to working for the man.

Got a wife and two kids, how cliche, they support me all the way. How nice would it be to pay it back to them? Allowing them to live worry free and then being able to help others achieve the same?

Oh well, if for no other reason then this. Given the chance to be coached/supplied with the right info would be priceless. Simpleology alone has started the wheels turning, another chunk of info from Mr Joyner would catapult my efforts. Either way, have a great day!!

Best Regards,

Chris

Thank you Mark for doing this.
You sure are a great educator. I take as much time as I can to learn, learn, learn.
Sometimes I just don't get it but keep working at it. Putting myself back on the straight line to success is not always easy when things don't happen or am I getting sucked in?.
I'd love to get this figured out. I want to be able to generate an income that is greater than my expenses. Success is a GOAL quitting is not.
I've been at this for 4 1/2 years now. Giving myself 5 years to prove I can.
What I learn I incorporate in my everyday business as a professional fitness trainer and all is beneficial. I do my best to communicate, educate and motivate everyone I teach each day. Need to understand internet marketing so I can share this with others I train each day. I take on too many tasks and need to always be refocusing energies especially on the internet.

Appreciate you stepping out to give us an opportunty.

Mark-
My ancestors came to the United States to overcome their advantages. Early Somervilles founded country clubs and social organizations in New England and the Mid-Atlantic states. Occasionally, a Somerville would seek employment, but discreetly, and never for long. I have labored ceaselessly for hours a week to uphold this proud tradition. After becoming a senior vice-president in the advertising industry, I realized Id either have to run the company, which was too much like work, or leave and play golf.

I have succumbed to writing and creating licensed designs for greeting card and apparel manufacturers because I am not living in the manner to which I have become accustomed.

Therefore, I humbly submit my name as a potential winner.

I am fortunate enough to have found something I can be truly passionate about. I work for a company who figured out a way to put fruits and vegetables in a capsule with the most amazing research! I have the opportunity to truly make a difference and impact people's lives. The only thing holding me back is me!

Jim Rohn says to work harder on your self than your business and that's exactly what I have been doing! So I am on this quest and this journey to get past what stops me in life and be the best I can be.
