Well I just completed this blog course. I will be writing a full review of it soon at my blog.
In short though - if you have never blogged before its a good starting point. If you are more advanced there is still some good tips but you may become bored along the way.

I have never used blogging before "on purpose" nor do I understand much of the computer lingo (actually none). Talk about a newbie!
