Isn't it strange that most people just focus on weight when it comes to doing the fitness math? It seems that we've forgotten that there are other "hot numbers" that are just as important.

hmmmm... that is OK for many people, at least a START..lol..

I m a real born "health freak" and I am sure this way my "rewards" are guarantet !

But, I think this "3 #s" that is NOT enough really to do for "yourself' !

I watch my weight - I watch what I eat - and I support my body-system with ALL NATURE "medicin" , I never take artifical chemical pills , and to be sick is Not programed in my mind and system .

i GO EVERY DAY AT LEAST 1 HOUR EXORCIZE WALKING.. LOL..MY BODY DEMAND IT , miss it in my system if I cant really do so !
Is not a "Disziplin".. is a "Feel good Demand " of my body !

I did change my FOOD Habits, No Sugar ! No Fat !
No eating late evenings !
....
ALL A PURE MIND SET!
NOT SO HARD AS IT SOUND !!!

.. just change you "Believing and you change your WHOLE WORLD"..

OKOK... sounds for many people HARD.. is not so truly !

The HARD PART on all is "MAKE THE DECISION" TO DO SO !
"NOT EXCUSES"... bring any good or changes in anyone life !
But , oh yes, EXCUSES are much easier and more comfortable - I know !@!

OK, I have to tell also,

and I refuse all chemicals as much its possible in my life ...

I am 5'4 tall .
Little much from this "fast food" here in America, I never was this over-weight in my whole life before I cam from Germany to here !!!

Did need over one year to losing in nature way, safe and healthy , 40 pounds!

I m now between 130 and max.135 pounds!
AND I KEEP IT !

i DO NOT WANT HAVE TO BUY BIGGER CLOTH... AND FEEL LOW ENERGY EVER AGAIN !

I am 56 now and can really say, I am happy and got all peace inside me,
and I am nearly in perfect
Health and shape !

I want everyone to think about this :
YOU CAN BUY A NEW COMPUTER, A NEW CAR, A NEW HOME ,
***** BUT NOBODY CAN BUY A NEW BODY !
AND WE ALL GOT ONLY THIS "ONE" !!!

This remind nutrition in our poor countries and the way they are handled.It was in great level mistaken if you can trace the same people's health history you will find that they were gigantic,though healthy.

I think all this is a great idea. Health is a great way to start the day.
