TNT
If you’re a corporate trainer, productivity coach, or a team leader, we have a new weapon for your arsenal: TNT.
Of course we don’t mean the highly unstable chemical “trinitrotoluene.” That would probably not help your productivity at all. Unless, of course, you’re in the blowing-stuff-up business in which case … knock yourself out. (Or not.)
We mean our new “Trainers and Team Leaders” accounts – affectionately nick-named TNT. (I’d fire the guy who came up with that name, but he is me.)
(best viewed in full screen mode – viewing time: 4 minutes 25 seconds)
With a Trainers and Team Leaders account you can, for lack of a more delicate expression, basically spy on people you are training or leading.
It’s really simple. You open a TNT account. You then add members (with their explicit permission, of course). Once they accept, you can log in to their accounts and snoop on what they are up to.
Like it’s real-world namesake, this is obviously a very volatile feature. Folks don’t like to be spied on, unless of course, they ask you to spy on them. That’s why we have many safeguards in place to ensure the person you’re teaching or leading is always well aware you can log in and check things out any time (so they don’t add embarrassing items to their Dream Catcher, for example).
Why is this feature useful?
Corporate Trainers, Coaches, and Team Leaders have one primary chronic complaint: “if they would just do what I asked, they’d be a great success 20 times over by now.”
Next time you meet (or “scrum” if you speak Agile) with your students or team members, you won’t have to worry about them BSing you. If you have any doubts, you just log in and find out precisely what they’re up to.
Did they do Start My Day?
Are they using the Dream Catcher throughout the day?
Have they set a Major Focus?
Just log right in to their account and find out.
A clever business coach could run an entire practice with this feature alone. And if you are really ambitious, you can even purchase an Elite TNT account and offer our courseware and advanced features as well.
