Hello,
I read this e-book and at the end, something definitely shifted ! This is really powerful. I can't wait to receive the full audio with baroque and alpha waves, my favourite.
Appreciate all you do and share, Mark.

thomasheadrapson Yikes, how could we forget that :-) Here's version 1.0 of the instructions. Please let me know if this makes sense. I'll revise this until it's crystal clear.
Instructions

1. Read the PDF file at least once (at your leisure).
2. Listen to the raw audio recording at times when it is unsafe to be in an altered state of consciousness (in your car, in the shower, while doing chores, etc).
3. Listen to the Passive Mastery audios with stereo headphones at a time when you can totally relax and focus on the words. Just focus on the words and let the technology do the rest. Experiment with the different versions to see which is most relaxing for you. Listen to your favorite as many times as you like ... listen to each version once ... it's totally up to you. What matters is that you are in the most relaxed (yet paradoxically attentive) state possible. Again, focus completely on the words and ignore the background sounds.
